1. The applicant agrees to work as an Independent Direct Seller with Kian Global Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and confirms that he/she is not an employee, agent, or partner of the company.
2. The Direct Seller must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a contract under Indian law.
3. The Direct Seller agrees to follow all rules, policies, procedures, and marketing plans issued by Kian Global Marketing Pvt. Ltd. from time to time.
4. The Direct Seller shall conduct business in a lawful, honest, and ethical manner and shall strictly comply with the Direct Selling Guidelines issued by the Government of India.
5. The Direct Seller shall not make any false, misleading, or unauthorized claims regarding company products, services, income, or business opportunities.
6. The company does not guarantee any fixed income, profit, or success. Earnings depend solely on the Direct Seller’s personal efforts, skills, and sales performance.
7. The Direct Seller shall not collect money from any person except as authorized by company policy.
8. The Direct Seller agrees not to use the company name, logo, trademarks, or promotional materials without prior written permission from the company.
9. The Direct Seller shall maintain confidentiality of company data, business information, and customer details at all times.
10. The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the terms and conditions, compensation plan, or Direct Seller agreement without prior notice.
11. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Direct Seller’s ID if any misconduct, policy violation, fraud, misrepresentation, or spreading of misinformation damaging the company’s reputation is found.
12. The Direct Seller is responsible for his/her own taxes, including Income Tax, GST (if applicable), and any other statutory liabilities.
13. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian Courts (Gurugram) only.
14. By completing the registration process, the Direct Seller confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
